Beverley's work focuses on strengthening pathways into and through the profession, leading curriculum transformation, supporting accreditation and employability, and helping institutions align educational provision with the evolving needs of engineers, employers and society.

Creating environments in which all engineers can thrive is both a social and economic imperative. Beverley is a national advocate for neuroinclusive engineering education and professional practice, working with students, educators and sector bodies to develop practical approaches that support belonging, progression and success.

Complex engineering challenges require collaboration across education, industry, professional bodies and government. Through leadership roles within the Engineering Professors' Council and contributions to national advisory groups, Beverley supports the development of policy, strategy and partnerships that strengthen engineering capability, social mobility and regional economic growth.
